Workshop presenting the outcome of the project experimentation at the Sala Cavallerizza - Municipality of Laterza. Introduction and moderation by the Councilor for Budget, Territorial Marketing and Tourism of the Municipality of Laterza, Domenica Maria Stano. Speakers: the Mayor Gianfranco Lopane and the Tax Official Giovanni Pietricola of the Municipality of Laterza, the lawyer Emanuele Carratta for Servizi Locali S.p.a. (leader-society of the EasyPAL project), the engineers Luca Mainetti and Antonio Capodieci (University of Salento - Innovation Engeneering Dept.).
The testing of EasyPAL prototype services has involved numerous citizens, technicians and municipal operators who have been able to provide important feedback about the services offered through the app and the web application such as Easy Registry, Documentation Management and Payments thorugh PagoPA.

The developments of EasyPal continue towards the completion of the project. 
Now it is also possible to view and use the Datasets relating to some common project partners.
The publication aims at supporting and creating innovative solutions aimed at specific problems of social relevance.

One of our main partners, the University of Salento, assisted by the relevant referents of the EasyPal project, has completed the development of one of the assets of the Digital Services Ecosystem for Local Citizens and Public Administrations.
The Platform prototype was created, based on #BigData, for the analysis and monitoring of social channels, which can be used by Public Administrations as a tool to help them understand the trends, problems and topics discussed online by citizens, and knowing their opinions.
A tool that is the result of many hours of work and development, which will allow the Local PA to acquire information, even in real time, through the application of BigData Analytics techniques.

Press conference to present the EasyPal Project at the Anci Puglia Conference Room in Bari (Marco Partipilo 61 Street - Santa Fara area).
The project, carried out in partnership with Servizi Locali S.p.a. (leader), University of Salento, SBSoft Srl, Municipality of Altamura, Municipality of Laterza, Municipality of Palagianello, Confcommercio Terra di Bari, LAG Places of the Myth and the Gravinas, funded under the Innolabs call for tenders by the Puglia Region - Department of Activities Productive, it is aimed at creating a prototype of "Digital Ecosystem in Cloud for Citizens and Local Public Administration".
The executive project of experimentation is part of the Smart Specialization Strategy of the Puglia Region to employ strategic levers and implement the new economic development model based on an "intelligent, inclusive and sustainable use of technologies", in particular, the "digitalization as an accelerator of the intelligence of local communities and an instrument for open government ".
In addition to the presence of mayors and administrators of various Apulian Municipalities, Domenico Vitto (President of Anci Puglia), Cosimo Borraccino (Regional Councilor for Economic Development), Emanuele Carratta (Servizi Locali S.p.a.), Luca Mainetti (University of Salento), Fulvio Giaccari (President of SB Soft), Gianfranco Lopane (Mayor of Laterza) join the event.

Second Focus Group of the EasyPAL Project at the Council Hall of the Municipality of Altamura, in Piazza Municipio.
The issues related to the digitalisation systems of public administration services, such as SPID, PagoPA and ANPR, were discussed; moreover, thanks to the massive involvement of the citizens through questions and interventions, we tried to identify useful elements at the beginning of the project experimentation and the appropriate use practices of the service.
The meeting was attended by the Mayor of Altamura Avv. Rosa Melodia The Deputy Mayor Dr. Vito Cornacchia and councilor for the efficiency of administrative action with powers to digitalize services to citizens, the municipal manager Dr. Francesco Faustino of the Sector Budget, Finance and Programming, Dr. Tonia Massaro, President of Confcommercio Altamura, the project representatives, the technical and institutional partners, the president of the Servizi Locali S.p.a. Giuseppe Carratta, professors of the University of Salento Ing. Luca Mainetti and Ing. Antonio Capodieci and Ing. Salvatore Longo, Head of IT Department of Servizi Locali S.p.a.

The digital services planning phase began, involving all citizens.
EasyPAL will listen to the various problems or suggestions regarding the use of services linked to Digital identity (SPID), online payments by the public administration (PagoPA) and the national registry office (ANPR).
To date, several Apulian municipalities have joined the experimentation project, such as, for example, Laterza, with which the first Focus Design Group was made on 24 July.

The meeting was attended by the municipal managers Dr. Arcangelo Lapomarda Head of the Socio-cultural services sector, Demographic staff, Computerization, Dr. Pietro Lucca Head of Finance, Planning and Budget Department, the project referents, the technical partners of Servizi Locali S.p.a. and University of Salento.
